RETURN POLICY: A Return Authorization Number must be obtained beforehand by calling us toll free at 866-596-4169 within 5 days of delivery. Returns must be shipped back in resaleable condition at customer expense. Returns subject to 20% handling charge. Oversized dog houses shipped by freight carrier are not returnable. Customized orders not returnable but reconcilable.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We appreciate your business and strive to accommodate your needs with simple and expedited order processing by the next business day. "Wood Chuck's" incurs shipping and handling costs on your complimentary shipped order. Whereby if your order is Canceled after shipping, Refused or Undeliverable, customer is liable for incurred shipping costs and 20% handling charge.
